The glory titles

The glory is earned by playing PVP or glory events (War of the realms, Bloodcrow invasion). Each day a certain % of the overall amount of glory you have earned is deducted. The higher the title, the higher the deduction.

Here you can see what stats level 11 units will have. After unlocking them you should be able to recruit both the levels. Your current mead level and the newly unlocked level 11.

The Berimond (gallantry) titles

Gallantry titles can be earned by playing Battle for Berimond or Berimond Invasion. By earning gallantry points. Each day a certain % of the amount of gallantry points you have earned is deducted. The higher the title, the higher the deduction.

The Storm titles

Each month, the most active members of the winning alliance will receive titles. These titles are held by the alliance for one month only until the next monthly storm.
 

Players who end in the top 10 of the winning alliance will be awarded titles as follows.
TOP 1 wins all titles
TOP 2 all titles, except the title for TOP 1
and so on.
Thus you get all the titles achieved for your placement.
