Alliance effects

These effects affect all members of the alliance. No matter if they are permanent effects or temporary effects. For example, if the treasurer or someone else triggers the effect “Temporary alliance effect – Increases the combat strength for attacks” all members will have their combat strength increased for the duration of the effect.
