Castle relocation is only possible in the Great Empire and only for the main castle. Outposts and castles in kingdoms cannot be relocated.
No attacks or market barrows can be sent from the main castle during the relocation. Also, no one can send an attack at you at that time either.
Also each relocation triggers a 14-day cooldown during which you are unable to relocate.
The first move is for free and takes only 10 minutes, the next moves are for rubies and take always 6 hours.
